After compLaining about bad service from edgars mosselbay the Branch manager phned me and made an appointment to come and see me the following day which was an friday, he never pitched for the appointment, then phned me on the monday and made another appointment, never pitched, then edgars headoffice phned me and asked if my problem were sorted out. I. ExplAined thAt the manager never arived for 2 appointments, 10 minutes later the manager phned me with some excuss why he couldn't make it and made another appointment, for thiSmorning (tuesdAy A week lateR) 11h00, and again I was waisting my time, he didn't comE at all!!! I should have known!! (My shop is about 40 meters from the edgars entrance and that's where We aranged to meet, but obviously not interested enough! My prevouis ref no! 1903130309/GO.
