One piece missing out of a 7 piece appliance set

I bought a 7 piece appliance set in March 2013 which included, among others, an electric frying pan. I purchased the set on cash, but apparently they were out of stock on the electric frying pan and they told me to return in the following month. I did return and they told me I should come again next month as they have to order it. I have been going to the store every month since then and the same process has been repeated every time. In September I was told that they would replace the frying pan with an electric razor, at which point they took my residential address and said they would deliver it to my house the following Monday. That did not and has not been fulfilled. Last week they told me that the store manager in charge of my case is on leave so there is no one who can help me. They called the lady, namely Gugulethu, who then told me to come back today, being the 4th of November, and that she will come to the store over the weekend to sort it out. Today when I arrived I was informed that she never did come. When they called her she said I must go to another branch next week because she is on leave. I have lost my patience. Eight months is too long for such a small problem.
