I went to the American Swiss store to get a new phone with my dad and the manager Astrid was so angry because my dad hello petered the store and she refused to help us any further saying her hands are tied and there is nothing she or any other manager higher than her can do and because we hello petered her the management was on her case and while i was speaking to my dad not evens to her she said that she will have me removed from the store for the way im speaking and no conversation was evens directed at her i then asked her to call her area manager Jackie and then she refused again. i want the regional manager to contact m asap. manager giving attitude. i still dont a phone, we were not explained to pay any access for any phone.
she refused to contact her area manager in the store when i was there.
I got a e-mail stating you have received my complaint but i have not received any call at all and i logged this complaint on the 5th April 2013.
i want the regional manager of American Swiss to call me ASAP or i will be taking this issue to the newspapers.
