I bought a bedroom suit from the store and it qas dekivered with damages in it and the store manager was present on the delivery day and he was notified of the damages and and he insisted on not taking the delivery back to the store and on the following Monday he promised to send a truck to come collect. It has been more then 2 months now that we have been trying to get the store (Sam) to come collect but instead we get insults and bad attitude from both the manager and the sakes person (Rose).
This store manager isn't really willing to help the situation or maybe he knows axactly what they are doing in that store. Could someone from this store look into this issue.
