On 23rd of April I got a call from Head Office advising me that I would get a call from the Somerset West Branch regarding the money that needs to be paid out to me.

I went to the branch on Monday, but on my arrival I was informed that Charles, who is doing the pay outs is off sick for the day. No one could assist me as Charles had the keys to the cupboard. I was promised that Charles would be in the next day., but when I called the branch today I was told that he is off sick till Thursday and I could only be helped then. To my surprise I called again this morning and he is booked off till Monday.

On my request to speak to the manager I was told he/she is not there. This has been the case for the whole week. This would be my last attempt to get any satisfaction from Best Electric. I will not make another phone call, drive to the shop on my own expense for something that was promised to me. You have written notification to place the money in your kitty for beverages as my effort to get the money is more than what is actually due to me.

The only time I would respond to Best Electric/Lewis group will be in the case where I get written confirmation on [Email Removed]
