Pathetic lack of service Woolworths

I received the most pathetic service from Johannah at your branch in Hans Strijdom in Randburg on 03 Feb 2014
I asked her to check if there were more gluten free products at the back of the store as the gluten free rack only had 2 out of 10 items and that I was allergic to wheat and could not eat normal bread
She simply said there is no stock and walked away-I followed her and said I was not happy with her answer, and that she did not even go to the manager to check stock levels.

Another staff member had the decency to take my number and let me know when stock arrived-for the past 2 days they called me to say no stock has arrived as yet -Johannah does NOT live the Woolworths brand where one is used to get good service.
If this is the type of staff you are employing that has a no care attitude I'm doing all my shopping at another shop
