This morning I went to Woolworths in Norwood Mall to get ice tea. The ice tea is currently on promotion, buy one, get one free. There has been no stock since Thursday, so I asked to see the manager. They sent me Kenny who told me what I already knew. I asked him if I could get the sale price for the ice tea when they get stock, similar to the "rain check" procedure that they have at other stores.
His attitude was shocking. He was rude and said the special is ending today and there was nothing he could do. Even if this is the case, he should not have been so rude to me. He rolled his eyes at me and spoke to me like a scolded child!
A big store like that should have much better staff!
On a side note, I went to FIVE stores and none of them had stock of the ice tea
