Beginning January I reported that my dishwasher have no power and I supplied the extended guarantee at Pavillion branch who in turn reported it to the service centre.
Last week I went back after there were no repairs done, no sms or phone call (They do have my address) and I was told that a person called Happy is in charge of this claim and she will phone me back after lunch.
...and still, no call, no sms and no repairman at my door.
It is a pity that I have to use hellopeter to do this because I normally get good service at GAME. But it has proven effective in the past and I need help to get this sorted.
