I have a problem with Truworths that doesn't give me 6 months to pay, but expects me to pay the full amount off in 2 months. I could not get them to understand me, except one person in the Pta accounts, dept, but he didn't fix the problem, so the call center keeps on calling me about me being behind on my account and they listed me as a slow payer, which caused the bank to turn down a loan that I applied for. They don't even take the trouble of contacting me about my previous report! What poor service!
