Truworths' calculations are wrong and now blame me

Please help! I'm totally desperate. Truworths list me as a slow payer, but I am actually ahead with payments. Somehow I don't get 6 months to pay off the amount. I might as well close my account and just buy cash whenever I want to. Truworths demands that the clothes that I bought early in November (R590) be paid in full by the end of December. I then didn't pay the full amount the end of December, but paid R200 (more than I am supposed to) - over 6 months it should have been about R100 pm..

Then the call centre that needs to recover money from clients who don't pay, keeps on phoning me and telling me I am behind - now with more because they now added interest because I'm behind according to them. I cannot get the concept explained to any of the call centre people. I went to the branch in Centurion mall and there spoke to, but that lady also doesn't understand! Eventually a guy from Truworths accounts dept phones me and actually understands that their calculations are incorrect! Still, he didn't fix it, and my loan is declined at the bank because of the slow payer listing, so I am punished because I take 3 months to pay off a 6 month account!!! Help!
