Dispute not attended to

I HAVE LODGED A QUERY WITH TRUWORTHS ABOUT ITEMS BOUGHT ONTO MY ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE DISPUTED, I HAVE SEND IN ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND NO FEEDBACK, THEN IN July I refused to pay the account until I got feed back on why no one called me back regarding this account,
And only when I refused payment then only someone called me back, I went in and paid the outstanding amount, but now I find out I was listed as a slow payer, the only reason I didn't pay that account was because I had a dispute with truworths, I request my name be updated for that month and not be listed as a default payer for July as it was not my fault truworths was negligent not taking my dispute seriously, Once I received feedback from them I went and paid in the account.
