Edcon (Jet) humiliates their paying customers

I went on maternity leave in April 2013. In May 2013 I paid R3000.00 towards my account, because my maternity leave was unpiad. I started work on 2 September 2013 and I made arrangements with Edcon to pay them R1000.00 a month, because that is all I could afford. End of September I paid R1000.00 and end of October I paid R500.00. On the 6th of November I paid an amount of R7000 settling my account. Now yesterday 11/11/2013 I get an sms from edcon saying that my credit limits have been reduced with immediate effect due to poor payment patterns!!! How insulting!!! Please keep in mind they make no provisions for people on maternity leave. I am going to close my account with them, because where in your life to you insult a paying client by telling them they have POOR PAYING HABITS after they settle their whole account. I tried phoning the Edcon call centre to complain and three operaters put the phone down in my ear. Your service is pathetic to say the least. They humiliated and insulted me by sending me sms's. I will not stand for this!!!
