I had a game voucher of R2500, i'm left with R95.29. Today i went to Game at Alberton City to buy a few things.
The total was R108, lady at the cashier said the voucher is declined and she called someone to assist.
They managed to print the proof of R95.29 and called the supervisor. Supervisor said she need to phone head office. She went to phone, spoke to some on the phone and then told me the Head Office line is busy.
I then requested to speak to the Manager, he just couldn't do anything.
They can't deduct the two amounts from each other and let me pay the difference???
They have the proof that the money is on the voucher and i told them i don't want the voucher back.
THEY WERE JUST NOT INTRESSTED IN HELPING ME.
