VVM had been sending SMS'e from 2007! By the end of 2009 I got fed up and called them back. With regards to an PAID UP EDCON account (Ref 7000100100019903822). This account is in my maiden name, and was paid up with previous attorneys that EDCON used, MDB Attorneys - in 2003/2004!!! In 2009 it was already more than 5 years back then. No one keeps receipts that long! The lady asked me to send an email explaining the situation. Which I did. The harrasement STOPPED. Now, since November last year, it suddenly started again! With the same EDCON account. My bluddy!!! Today, 16 January 2013, more than 10 years after the account has been paid, I am still getting calls!! I nearly flipped my lid when the call agent asked for me at my maiden surname! I am married for 13 years now!!! They can trace your cell number on some system, but cannot update their records with the bluddy right details! VVM, I do NOT OWE you or EDCON moneys, this was paid up AGES ago. NO, I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO TRACK DOWN MDB ATTORNEYS to get some confirmation letter. LEAVE ME THE ALONE!!!
