Placed an order on the 25th of January 2014.
Received the dispatched notice on the 27th of January 2014 stating "Your parcel is on its way! We are dispatching it on 27 January 2014 with our door-to-door service. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your parcel to deliver in a main centre and 2 - 4 working days if you're in an outlying area".
Durban falls within the main centre,
Today the 04/02/2014 and still have no received my order with no positive feed back from anyone in the call centre.
With the numerous calls made to follow up, I would say its better to buy in-store as it will be more fees-able and less stress and hassles.
