I saw something at Game that I wanted to buy for R2000.
As I walked out, I saw their flyer for a Game Account.
It states you get R400* in vouchers, on the back it clearly states: R250 off a purchase of R2500 and R150 off a purchase of R1500.
I am over joyed as I would qualify for the R150 off voucher as my product costs R2000.
I get home and immediately ask my mom to complete the online form so that we can get it approved asap before the special on my products ends and we correspond via phone and send proof of bank statements etc.
We received an email last night to say it has been aproved and we must go to the store today to collect our card. We complete the forms and get our card and a voucher of R400 if you spend R4000, what the.
I take this woman on and say that I want the voucher as per the flyer and she says that deal expires tomorrow (no where is it stated on the flyer) she then says she can give us the R250 off voucher, but the R150 off will be posted (which will be to late as it would have expired by then)
I go to the floor manager and he wasn't able to help either.
I will never put my foot in a Game again and nore will my family.
What happened to customer service???
