Good day! I went to the JDGroup warehouse on Saturday to pick/collect a coffee table that was bought the previous Saturday from the Festival Mall branch. On arrival at about 10:30 I handed the collection document to Ivey at the collection reception who intern requested my ID and vehicle registration number and asked if I could seat outside in the car someone will come and collect the table... however after seating there for over 1.5 hours I went to reception to enquire about the collection at the reception but the gentleman at the reception who is in charge of dispatch document was not interested in hearing my complaint and that I must wait they will call me. After a while he went outside to smoke, it was after 12 over 30 minutes after I first asked him to check... eventually I phoned the branch to asked who ever was senior to phone the warehouse and find out what has happened. The person on the other end of the line "Comfort" answered and promised to follow but I had to phone him back after 20 minutes to find out what has happen... but everyone was very candid about the entire situation and not even an apology from Ivy.
