I phoned Builders Warehouse Fairy Glen today to find out if they stocked 2 stroke wheat eaters. It took 9.30 minutes before the sales consultant could give me prices on the products. I first had to wait about 3 minutes for the sales consultant to arrive after reception called him and then a further 6 minutes for him to go and find out prices.
Unacceptable.
