I was disappointed only to find out that I cant return or exchange my purchased Item the very next day. The cashier even remembered me "Back again" I replied yes, I just want exchange for a bigger size, she replied by saying "No returns or exchange without a slip" I was shocked and left the store to go purchase pants at Mr Price Sports. When I explained to the cashier at Mr Price Sports about my situation at Totalsports, she replied to say that Mr Price Sports don't require a till slip for a refund or an exchange.
I now demand a refund in CASH to compensate for the inconvenience caused by Totalsports.
