I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which was suppose to be the last pair in that specific size, paid for it by c/card, waited a few days until the amount was reflected on my statement, but still no delivery! So I sent an email to complaints@zando, 1 day later, someone from Zando called to tell me that the item was already out of stock when I place the order... if it was out of stock, it should reflect so online!! It didn't!!! So now, I wasted the R100 voucher. About Zando vouchers, I was emailed a R50 newsletter sign-up voucher, minimum spend of R250, gues what, that voucher was unusable even though my purchase was >R250. I understand the business strategy of giving out vouchers to prospective/existing customers, but if the code is unusable, or the item is out of stock (online the item clearly isn't) then what is the point?! BTW, if you prefer a prompt response from Zando, rather send your emails to [Email Removed] not [Email Removed]
