Hub Springfield stores defective shoes and in less than a month I had to return 2 pairs of new shoes. The problem is that I was given a replacement shoe 3 weeks ago without a replacement receipt because it was a direct swop. I went into the store yesterday to show them that this brand new shoe was also defective. The lady and Supervisor at the counter refused to trace the item on my account and stated that I have to take a gift voucher for the item instead of having the brand new item credited. I left the shoe at the counter and left. This is unacceptable service!!!
