JET HILLBROW HAS GOT STINKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

NOT THAT IT IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I EXPERIENCE STINKING ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AT THE JET IN HILLBROW, BUT MOYISI'S ATTITUDE TAKES THE CUP. HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. ON THE 6/10/2013 I WENT TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A FEW ITEMS, AS I WENT TO THE TILL POINT TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS I GOT TO THE TILL AND ANOTHER GUY SAID HIS TILL WAS OFFLINE TO MAKE JET ACCOUNT PURCHASES AND SAID I SHOULD WAIT TO PAY AT THE NEXT TILL, THE NEXT TILL BEING MOYISI'S TILL, AS I WAITED HIS LIKE TO ME "SISI BUYELA E LINING, NGIZOGBIZA, UYABONA UKHUTHI NGIBUSY" (MEANING SISTER GET BACK TO LINE I WILL CALL YOU AS YOU CAN SEE I'M STILL BUSY) WITH SO MUCH ATTITUDE, I COULD SEE THAT THE OTHER CUSTOMER'S GAVE ME THE LOOK OF "YOU GONNA LET HIM TALK TO LIKE THAT", YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS HAVING A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL YOUR RUDE, THINK THEY KNOW IT ALL STAFF GAVE ME ATTITUDE, EVEN WORSE FOR A GUY HE IS DISGUSTING. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO HAVE MANNERS, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, I WORK ON A DAILY BASIS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT TO ME IS AN EPIC FAIL. VERY DISAPPOINTED
