I ordered a Blu-Ray DVD from the [URL Removed] website. This was before Christmas 2013. The delivery was very good, within 2 days after I ordered, but the DVD was the incorrect item as it was a normal DVD and not Blu-Ray. I requested a return. It took them about 3 weeks from my request to come and collect. It has been another 3 weeks now after they collected the item and I have not heard a single word from them regarding getting the refund. I have sent them emails, but all I get is an automated response stating that they take note of my email. This is pathetic.
