I bought a tv from Jetmart in Westgate Mall with the assurance that the product carried a two year guarantee, only to be told that 18months later, when it packed up, that it was only for 1year. After phoning customer care last year, December, I was told by the person that the product went on the shelf with a two year guarantee and that I had to return it to the store, which I did. After much stress and miscommunication between the respective departments, somebody eventually phoned me on the 25th January to ask all the numbers I phoned from to check the recordings and with the promise to get back to me by the 28th. It is the 3rd February, still no feedback. When I phone, customer care on 0800 203 925, I get to listen to "music" and then after 5 to 10 minutes, the call mysteriously gets dropped. Totally disillusioned
