We bought a Gobi in Oct last year for my mom. She hardly use it and all a sudden it doesn't want to switch on anymore.
What a mission to get this item return to Kalahari. It is a month now since my first call.
After they instructed me to use there website - they realise it don't work for old orders.... So after numerous calls and emails Tylin asked me if they can collect the item.
3 weeks later he still asked me if they can collect the item.....
REALLY!! What about all the 5 emails confirming my email address and yes please collect the item!
