Incredible Connection
No Statement

I have a connect card that Im trying to settle (I never get any monthly statements let alone an sms to update me on my account) and yet when I call Incredible Connections Connect card department Im told they dont have my details. as if things weren't bad enough with me just paying and not knowing how much I still owe I then get a credit report telling me that Im listed as missing payments on the account, payments that date back from prior to me ever making any purchase and yet I cant get clarity on these because no one ever really knows whats going on.
