The experience of having to deal with your Connection Card supplier has been atrocious for many years. But now the situation takes the cake! I get a snotty SMS to let me know that the card is being discontinued. So today I try and settle it so I can walk away from Maravedi as you have and I'm told that you don't even take payments for it at your store anymore. YOU got into bed with them.. If the relationship with them is sour then it shouldn't be my problem. The least you could have done is send me a letter of apology and explain why the card YOU branded in your name is being discontinued. Now your failed relationship with Maravedi has become drama that I have to deal with. The statements and card state Incredible Connection on it.. But what a DISCONNECT. Take some accountability. I've spent over R200k on you in the past few years.. But you'll never see me, or any acquaintance of mine in your shop again. May every corporate decision you make in the future be as much a failure as this has been and may the CPA bite you over and over as much as the pain you've put me through
