Incredible Connection
No statements whatsoeve

I had an incredible connection card. Received an SMS notifying me that the connection card will be closed and no more purchases could be made on the card.

Ever since that month I have received absolutely no statements, despite my efforts to contact them in order to get the statements.

I have emailed them as well as called them. But have not had any success.

Now when applying for any credit, it is declined because of said account. Yet I don't even have a clue what is going on, on that account.

Really frustrated with such service.
