I applied for an Incredible Connection card a year ago. After taking ages to get back to me, I decided to cancel my application. I never opened the account, I never received the card, I never received a statement or anything of the sort.
I tried to transfer a contract from someone else's name into my own a few days ago and was told I couldn't because I had been listed with Experian Credit Report by none other than Incredible Connection as a "slow payer".
How on earth can you list somebody who does not and never had opened an account with you!? Do you understand the repercussions of your actions? I have never slow paid or missed a payment for anything in my life. I pride myself on taking my credit rating very seriously. I want this matter rectified immediately. I'm absolutely livid and in shock that someone even authorised this.
One thing's for sure, I will never, ever, shop or support your store or brand ever again.
