WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THIS SORTED OUT?

I have been dealing over a period of a few years with Incredible Connections purchasing various items like laptops, office equipment, software for myself, my family and my company. Upon paying my monthly installments I overpaid because I did not realize that the account was paid up already. I wanted to purchase another item which I paid for with my credit card. The product was not suitable for what I used it for and I returned it the next day upon which they credit the refund to my account which increased the credit in my account even more. It did not bother me much as I was planning to purchase a product that I have been planning to buy for a while. About three weeks ago I went to buy the product and upon presenting my connection card for payment I was told that the cards are not used anymore. They could not tell me what happened to my credit. The lady at three rivers branch tried endlessly to phone the head office and had no joy in getting through to the right dept, they just kept on cutting her off. I got the contact numbers from her and thought I would try myself when I get back to the office. This is now 5 weeks later and I'm just getting nowhere. Hope this will help..
