Dont assist to cancel

I have sent multiple requests to incredible connection to cancel the connect card yet they continue to send me a magazine every month and bill me. Please cancel the card immediately as I don't want it! I don't even open the magazine and you are ruining my credit scoring by continuing to bill me for something I do not want.
