Dial-A-Bed no delivery

I purchased a bed on Saturday 1st February and was told to expect delivery on Monday the 3rd, however there has been no delivery and One phone call and Ronnie confirmed the truck was running late in the morning and thereafter the phone "suddenly" stopped working so we could not get hold of him, I am now forced to sleep on the floor due to a company being unable to plant a simple delivery properly, it was an issue of having to take a day off to wait for the bed, now we don't know when it'll arrive so I cannot ensure that I can receive it

It was a simple purchase and delivery and yet they somehow managed to mess It up and there is no alternative contact number to check the status of the delivery, I don't see how a courtesy call can fix inconvenience caused due to incompetence, perhaps they should hire more capable staff

What does it take for a person to receive their own goods these days?
