I have used Takealot (previously Take2) for years. Their after-sales service has usually been excellent. Lately I have noticed that the alleged specials on items are not in fact specials. Takealot has simply raised the price of the item for the purposes of the sale and calls the normal price a special. This is deceptive and unethical marketing practises and is done solely for the purposes of tricking customers. I don't know if there was a change in management, or a restructuring, but Takealot has changed for the worse of late.
