After being stupid enough to say yes for a R35.00 debit of my edgars account for cell c airtime a month ive been billed non stop without receiving any funds.
Every time i have to phone RMCS and hear the same message, :"the service provider will phone you within 3-5 working days." iv been hearing this since October 2013 and no one can cancel the debit order of R35.00.
Im getting tired of paying R35.00 for something i haven't received yet! im ready to cancel my card after almost 20 years as Edgars service is poor to say the least!
