TOP UP AIRTIME

Good Morning

I have been receiving airtime for quite sometime from RMCS and i have called several times wanting to cancel it as i do not have an account with Jet or Edgars, what i dont understand is why put in airtime in my account if i have explained that i do not need a top up on my phone.

This matter has gone on for far too long and i need the matter resolved urgently. How does one bill someone who doesnt even have an account with Jet or Edgars.

If this matter is not resolved within 24hours it will leave me with no choice but to take legal action against RMCS.
