On Saturday afternoon around 13H00, I went into the store to go and draw money, to my disgust and horror, i was brushed off, each cashier told me they only had R100, if Pick 'n Pay offers this service why then was there no cash, knowing that it was also pensioners day this should have been taken into consideration. I walked out the store disgusted and almost in tears at the the ignorance and uncaring staff. I used to work for Pick 'n Pay many years ago and we would never dare treat customers that way, we would have gone out of our way to help. I don't understand how you can employ such incompetent people.
