BAD SERVICE TO ELDERS AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE

On the 01/08/2013 when to Pick 'n Pay with my Grandmother as she need to do her bit of shopping and draw money with her card. As we get to the till I ask the lady Reboni if my Gran can pay and draw money she tell me yes and after she was done scanning the food my granny pays what she has brought then she turns and asks me where her money was that she wanted to draw, I ask politely that my granny wants to draw money then Reboni tells me that she didn't say so she will help her after she is done with the next customer, I didn't mind but the she helps everyone in the line while my granny stands there and I'm talking of an 83 year old then she gives money to one of the other customers and after I ask her that we still waiting she tells me with an attitude that Sorry we don't have enough money and you ask somewhere else even after I call her manager she still talks back and forth at me with an attitude, really disappointed with the service there but mostly how can you treat you elders like that
