I purchased a shoe at Dumond Sandton CITY within a month all the paint of my gold heels were off. I took it back to the store and the manager took it in to be sent to the factory for repairs. I received the following Sms HI there please note we have received your repaired item please come thru and collect from Dumond Sandton. When I went to collect the item was attended to by Ntombi who was absolutely rude and unmannered and the item was not repaired!! She offered no explanation and I asked her to contact manager for explanation, No manager was on duty and she said she was not allowed to. No repaired shoe and a very rude assistant
