I bought a pair of Dumond shoes as the heal broke. I returned the shoes to Sandton city on 15/02/2013. The store attendant Candice advised that I come in an hour after the regional manager had arrived. Candice then telephoned me to say the shoes were being taken to head office and a decision would be advised on 19/02/13. I called the store on the 20th, 21st and 22nd. on The 23rd I went to the store. They had not taken the shoes to head office as the regional manager had forgotten. They confirmed they would replace the shoes but needed managements authority. They were aggresive and advised they would call on 26/02/2013. It is 27/02/2013 and nothing has been done. Unprofessional!
