Order delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order on 30 Jan & elected to pay extra to have it delivered on 31 Jan (today). Immediately after the order was confirmed, I'd realised that the delivery address was the incorrect one (an address I once used several months ago), & called in to ask if this could be remedied. I was assured it would be, once I emailed the correct address. I received email confirmation 2hours later that this was changed.By 1pm today, I still hadn't received the package, & called in to find out if the address had been changed. Claire told me she couldn't see the address on their system, would call the courier, & get back in touch. 45 min later, I initiated a live chat - where I was told Tashwil confirmed the correct address was noted. I asked for an ETA, and was told I would be called back. I finally was called to be told that the package had been delivered to the WRONG address, and I shouldn't worry, since that someone named Wayne signed for it, & said he would give it to me. I instruct Tashwil to remedy this immediately, &was assured I would have the package by 6pm, would be called to find my location. At 8:16pm, I've not heard from anyone. Shockingly negligent, criminal service!
