I phoned 17h00 and the sales lady advised me that they will wait for me to buy a new one, 17h05 I entered Russels and most staff was standing around, I asked the sales lady if I can swipe my bankcard and started to talk to the cashier in her own language, i then was confronted by a salesman who said they already cashed up and could not help me, THE SERVICE IS UP TO, HOPEFULLY YOU DONT REACH YOU SALES TARGET AND THEN REMEMBER THIS SALE
