My husband and i purchased a few items at urban where all sales people on the floor were extremely helpful. We approached counter to pay pushn a pram with my daughter in it. My husband paid for his 3 items and whilst payin he asked me to look at a jersey on the table and immediately called me back as the cashier was ready for me. The sales assistant then states i need to wait cos the lady behind me was first. My husband explains that. Was standing with hm the whole time. She then gives a smurky smile and comments to the lady behind me, "sorry for the long wait" and when i walk out further comments to her collegue. Its extremely rude seeing that i was in the que.
