I bought at Bloemfontein Makro a 1kg bucket of mango achar, and find that the only mango that you get is the seeds and skins itself with oil and spices, nothing that you can eat or chew. Makro is more than willing to help me and look into the product itself, but the customer care person at Summertime (Big Six foods) is clearly not capable of working and dealing with complaints. I spoke with a Michael (sales person) and he promise me that they will look into this matter, and so I will wait and see. I just want to bring this under other consumers attention so that they will not get the surprise we did, because according to the customer care person I'm suppose to scrape the seeds off to make use of the achar.
