Im modiehi tsuelle Im a client at russels I setleled my account via African bank because of the bad service I was getting at russels by their sales people calling and shouting me to come and pay.i actualy over paid their account by something like seven hundred then I asked for my refund they gave me after ten days because the say its policy.last week I received a call from them saying I have out standing balance of R514 and I ask them how is that possible that lady explained to me but her explanation was not making sense, I have their letter showing that I setlelled the account and I have a refund receipt that shows I over paid them, so know I realy don't knw how do I ow them this balance
