Good day

It seems like the bad service at Game never stops. Yesterday we went and bought my mom a freezer. All in all for delivery and extender warranty it totalled about R2600. Upon going to the cashier (Emiraan) the total did not want to go through and was declined, and totally understandable as we know the reason for this. I said to him just put through the freezer, okay he then went ahead and put it through including the delivery. My mom then asked him why did he not ask if we wanted to pay cash for the warranty, his response to my mom was, in front of customers, "Dus okay Antie, want Antie stress dan nou". This even while the supervisor Candice was standing there, even when we complained to her as well, not once did she apologise for this, all she said was she will report it to the manager, Nicolene. My dad was then standing at a distance and they did not see him, he saw how afterwards, Nadeem, the sales guy that helped us, went over to them and asked what happened, but then him and Candice had a good laugh. Wow, amazing what you think of your customers. Even if it was reported to the manager, why coudn't she as well call to apologise. Really thinking of cancelling this sale
