I would like to lodge a complaint about a lady who works at Hush Puppies in Menlyn Shopping Centre every Saturday. I think she is a perm staff and would gladly go ask for her name if Hush Puppies is serious about making sales.
I walked into Hush Puppies last month and saw 3 beautiful newly launched shoes and wanted to get them, however, I am a size 3 and when I requested for my size, the sales lady abruptly said she doesn't have the stock, for all 3 pairs?? She didn't even bother checking her stock nor looking into my eyes. We were not greeted when we walked in and she was just standing behind the counter. My boyfriend was so upset that he took me out of the shop, he said if she can't be bothered to sell, then we go to another brand that is willing to make the sales. Each pair that I looked at was about R1500, that's R4500 sales that you have lost.
This past weekend Saturday, I decided to go back, hoping that either this sales lady was off or maybe left the company and to my dismay, she intentionally spoke at the top of her voice, having a conversation with the 2 male temp staff that was there. The 1 temp was sitting by the dispaly shelf right next to where I was looking.
