I made an arrangement with Truworths to pay R600 a month, an agreement they accepted. Yet they call me at least 10times per month after I've never skipped or pay less than the agreed amount. They called me last week to say "thank you" for the arrangement but will I please pay R800?? why do you make arrangements if you bug and nagg me to increase it? They also sending me sms to say if I do not adhere to the agreement (irrespective of my commitment to their agreement) they are going to list me. OK so why did you list me if I've been a committed customer?? Due to your unfair listing, I could not upgrade on my cell phone contract, due to Truworths listing?? Why don't you list people who skips installments and not adhere to agreements? One thing is certain, I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER THIS. Truworths is nagging and unfair. I have a Foschini account and they have NEVER listed me unnessary like truworths did.
