I bought a phone before Christmas which didnt work. i sent it back having to wait 6 weeks, only to get it back and still not in working order. when i phone Game i dont only get a person that cant speak english properly with a mouthfull of teeth but they put me on hold for ages!!!
is this the service i am paying for??
