I attempted to purchase a DVD set (Pinocchio Box Set 1 - (Afrikaans)) on [URL Removed] today. On the payment page, I was informed that the payment was not successful. I attempted two times. I have received confirmation from my bank per SMS e-mail that both payments in fact went through, however the order was not placed. I have thus made two payments of R173.51 each. The payments went through 10:07am 10:08am on 31 January 2014 respectively. I thus need to be refunded an amount of R347.02 URGENTLY.
I further need confirmation that your payments page is secure and that my credit card details are not compromised.
I sent an e-mail but noted that queries are only attended on 48 Hours. i tried phoning your call center and held on forever with no answer. I NEED TO KNOW IMMEDIATELY IF MY DETAILS ARE SECURE.
