ITC Still not Cleared as Promised!!

I launched a complain against Hi-Fi Corporation last Year the then contackted me admitting the fault is on their side promised to update on all ITC's, I updated on Hello Peter thanking them just to find out they only updated on Trans union and not the others Experian etc... PLEASE CAN U FINNALY SORT THIS OUT FOR U R THE REASON I REFLECT BADLY ON ITC!!! FOR NO REASON!!! We did this before u know the reason and admitted the mistakes was on your side not mine!!! I want this cleared!!!
